Anna Wu, Ph.D.

Anna M. Wu is Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Los Angeles, CA.  She also serves as Director of the Cancer Molecular Imaging Program in the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center at UCLA, and Co-Associate Director of the Crump Institute for Molecular Imaging.  Dr. Wu is the Co-Founder of ImaginAb, Inc., a Los Angeles-based startup company, which develops and commercializes engineered antibodies for clinical imaging in cancer and other diseases.  Prior to joining the faculty at UCLA, Dr. Wu was a research scientist and faculty member at the Beckman Research Institute of the City of Hope in Duarte, California.  Dr. Wu received her A.B. degree in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from Yale University in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.
